Jay Hamilton
After working 10 years within the sales industry, I decided to leave my job and begin my own career, All Out Community Care Services. With business in my family background, I knew this is where I always wanted to be. I grew up with my mother as a schoolteacher, and my father working several years in the military, eventually retiring to become an entrepreneur. My mother took the time to inspire children, my father took the time to provide housing, a fire station, a Boy Scouts troop, and other new resources to my home community. It has always been a similar passion of mine to create a company that would bring awareness to a community of people that are often overlooked or left behind due to economic status. AOCCS could provide superior guidance and services that would allow consumers to function independently across all aspects of life including home, school, work and community.
I attribute a lot of my success to the encouragement and support of my parents, wife, children, siblings and the AOCCS employees.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending sporting events, and traveling.
